If a service lift is not available or the furniture does not fit in the service lift, ground floor delivery is considered final for big units. Absolutely. Every single piece of wood we use undergoes a rigorous kiln-seasoning process to optimal moisture levels, followed by an advanced eco-friendly anti-termite and anti-borer treatment. Will the product color look exactly like the online photos?
Because we use real, natural solid wood, no two trees are identical. Minor variations in the wood grain, natural knots, and stain absorption are natural characteristics of premium woodwork.
