Our 5-Year Structural Warranty
At Pure Accents, we craft furniture that’s built to last. We take immense pride in our materials, construction, and craftsmanship. To give you peace of mind, every piece of furniture we sell is backed by our 5-Year Limited Structural Warranty.
What is Covered?
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship affecting the structural integrity of your furniture under normal domestic use. This includes:
• Warping, cracking, or breaking of timber frames.
• Major joints and structural failure.
What is Not Covered?
While we stand by our quality, our warranty does not cover everyday life happens moments or cosmetic aging. Exclusions include:
• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg, upholstery furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight)
• Decaying of wood due to consistent exposure to water
• In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product, and it does not cover under the warranty section (for solid wood furniture).
• Joint lines, wood grains, or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty. In addition, any claim for seasonal splits or joints opening is not covered under warranty.
• Upholstery fabrics such as seat covers have no warranty. For upholstery products, the warranty applies to the frame, and mechanisms, if any.
• Normal wear and tear (e.g., fabric pilling, leather creasing, cushion softening).
• Accidental damage, misuse, or cuts/scratches.
• Damage caused by improper assembly or cleaning with harsh chemicals.
• Furniture used in commercial or non-residential settings.
• Natural variations in wood grain, marble, or leather.
How it Works: Pro-Rata (Depreciating) Value
To ensure fair coverage over the lifetime of your furniture, this warranty operates on a pro-rata depreciating value of 20% per year.
If a structural defect occurs, we will repair or replace the item, or issue a store credit. The value of the warranty coverage reduces by 20% each year from the original purchase date.
Here is how the coverage breaks down based on your purchase price:

Example: If a dining table purchased for Rs 20,000 experiences a structural defect in Year 3, Pure Accents will cover Rs 12,000 (60%) of the repair or replacement cost, and the customer will contribute Rs 8,000 (40%). After 5 years, the structural warranty expires.
How to Make a Claim
We’ve made our claims process as straightforward as possible. If you notice a structural issue, please follow these steps:
1. Gather Your Details: Locate your original order number or invoice.
2. Take Photos/Videos: Capture clear images or a short video showing the defect, as well as a photo of the entire piece of furniture.
3. Contact Us: Email our support team at info@pureaccents.in or 911 933 4115 with the subject line "Warranty Claim - Order # [Your Order Number]".
Our dedicated team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and guide you through the next steps for repair, replacement, or credit.
