Shipping & Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Pure Accents. Because furniture is heavy, bulky, and requires specialized handling, we have designed our shipping and return policies to ensure your new pieces arrive safely and seamlessly.
1. Delivery Coverage & Timeline
We ship to major cities and towns across India. You can check delivery availability for your specific location by entering your pin code on any product page.
• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 7–10 business days from dispatch.
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 10–15 business days from dispatch.
• Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Delivery timelines vary and will be explicitly stated on the product page (typically 4–6 weeks).
2. Shipping Charges
• Standard Delivery: We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
• Octroi & Entry Taxes: All local taxes, state entry taxes, and Octroi are included in your final checkout price. You will not have to pay anything extra to the delivery partner.
3. Ground Floor vs. Multi-Floor Delivery
Our delivery partners are authorized to deliver your furniture to the ground floor of your building.
• Service Lift Available: If your building has a service lift that can accommodate the furniture box, our team will deliver it directly to your doorstep at no extra cost.
• No Lift / Stairs Only: If the furniture needs to be carried via stairs to the 2nd floor or above, a labor charge may be applicable as per the logistics partner, payable directly to the delivery personnel. Please ensure your doorways and stairwells are large enough to fit the packaging.
4. Assembly Service
Most of our solid wood furniture arrives fully assembled or requires minimal assembly. Wherever assembly is required:
• We provide free professional assembly within 48-72 hours of delivery in major metro cities.
• For non-metro locations, detailed instructions (911 933 4115) and necessary hardware are provided in the box for easy self-assembly.
Damage in Transit (Our Guarantee)
We pack our furniture using heavy-duty, multi-layered packaging to prevent damage. However, if your item is damaged during transit, we've got you covered.
Important Action Required: Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If you notice any major damage to the external packaging, please take a photo and mention "Damaged Packaging" on the Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt before signing.
If the item inside is structurally damaged, notify us at info@pureaccents.in within 48 hourswith photos/videos of the damage, and we will arrange for a best possible solution.
Returns & Cancellations
1. Order Cancellation
• Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled or modified once production begins.
2. 7-Day Return Window
We want you to love your furniture. If you change your mind, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
• The item must be unused, un-assembled, and in its original packaging. Returns cannot be accepted without the original box.
• Return Shipping Fee: For "change of mind" returns, a reverse shipping fee & a “change of mind” fee will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover the heavy freight cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.
• Exclusions: Customized items, clearance sale items are not eligible for return.
3. Refunds
Once the item is picked up and successfully inspects at our warehouse, your refund will be processed.
• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5–7 business days.
