Will the furniture fit through my door/staircase? What if it doesn’t?
We design our premium pieces to be as home-friendly as possible, but we highly recommend measuring your main entrance, apartment lift, and staircase corridors before ordering. You can find the exact dimensions of each product on its page (please add 2 inches or 5 cms to get the package size).Please note that our delivery partners are responsible for bringing your furniture to your doorstep. If a service lift is not available or the furniture does not fit in the service lift, ground floor delivery is considered final for big units. In case a piece does not fit through your entryway or lift, we cannot accept a return on those grounds. For our bespoke, made-to-order, or hand-carved solid wood pieces, it can take between 3 to 5 weeks from the date of order confirmation. A certified technician will visit your home within 24 to 48 hours of the request raised to assemble and perfectly position your new piece.

While a few of our smaller accent pieces come with a DIY manual and are quite fun to set up, we strongly advise letting our professionals handle the heavy solid wood items. Hardwoods like Sheesham and Teak are heavy and require precise alignment to ensure lifelong structural integrity.

Yes, we take immense pride in using 100% genuine premium hardwoods, primarily Grade-A Indian Rosewood (Sheesham), Acacia (Babool) and Mango. We use substitutes like MDF, ply or veneers at places which do not compromise the structural integrity or appearance of the furniture. Every piece features its own authentic, unique wood grain pattern, making your furniture a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
Is the wood treated against termites and borer insects?
Absolutely. Every single piece of wood we use undergoes a rigorous kiln-seasoning process to optimal moisture levels, followed by an advanced eco-friendly anti-termite and anti-borer treatment. We back this up with an official anti-termite warranty so you can enjoy your furniture with absolute peace of mind.
Will the product color look exactly like the online photos?
Because we use real, natural solid wood, no two trees are identical. Minor variations in the wood grain, natural knots, and stain absorption are natural characteristics of premium woodwork. Furthermore, professional studio lighting versus your home’s ambient lighting can create a minor 5-10% variance in shade.
