We accept returns only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact
A return request is raised within 3 days of delivery
Please note: We do not accept returns for items that are:
Custom-made or made-to-order
Used or assembled
Returned after the 3-day window
Purchased during clearance/sale events (unless damaged on arrival)

Include your order ID, photos of the item (showing the issue), and a brief description.
Our team will verify and guide you through the return process. If your return is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or request you to ship it back depending on your location.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be:
Processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
You will be notified once the refund has been initiated
Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
Assembled, used, or damaged items not caused by us
Products returned without original packaging or accessories
You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return after delivery, follow the return process.
To cancel, email us at support@pureaccents.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
We sincerely apologize if you’ve received a defective or incorrect item. Please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will offer:
A free replacement, or
A full refund, depending on your preference
